Shipping policy

Shipping

Kaleb ships nationally within Canada as well as to the USA via Canada Post standard mail or air mail. All shipping fees are based on weight per item.  Customers are responsible for all customs charges as due upon delivery - please refer to your local customs office for more information.  Any international orders can be made through me directly by emailing me first.

Delivery within Canada

Orders are sent via Canada Post Standard Mail and include a tracking number. Delivery time will depend on your location and is estimated to take up to 14 business days. If you are located within Edmonton and area, please contact me prior to placing your order and we can arrange for you to do a local pickup!

Delivery to the USA

Orders are sent via US Air Mail and do not include a tracking number. Delivery time will depend on your location and is estimated to take up to 14 business days.

International delivery

Live outside of Canada or the United States? Email me at kaleb.romano@gmail.com and we can discuss other options!  Delivery time will depend on your location and will take a minimum of 15 business days.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the processing and packaging of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a notification via email.

Commissioned pieces will ship out within 6-8 weeks of the order being placed. Around this time you will receive shipping confirmation (with a tracking number if located within Canada). If something is time-sensitive, please contact me at kaleb.ropmano@gmail.com and I can see what can be done!

Why are Shipping Costs sometimes expensive? The weight, size and destination of an order are all roles that play into the shipping cost. Ceramics are extremely fragile and so extra care is required to package each order to ensure it arrives safely. Several layers of bubble wrap, newspaper and double boxing on certain items are all necessary, which add extra weight and size to the shipment, increasing the cost. However, please be assured that I take all measures to reduce shipping costs to customers where possible (recycling and re-using bubble wrap, wrapping paper and boxes)
