Caring for your ceramics.
Each piece is handcrafted locally and although ceramics is meant to last a lifetime, all handmade pieces can be fragile in nature and Kaleb cannot be held responsible for any damage or breakage in the future.
Most pieces are made to be food and beverage safe. As well as microwave and dishwasher friendly (unless otherwise stated, example: lustre pieces). That being said, putting a handmade pot into the dishwasher a countless of times can cause distress to the piece as a shock of temperature can occur! Gently hand washing your pots is recommended. That way you can also enjoy every dimension of your piece! If you have any more care questions feel free to email me and I would be happy to answer any of those!
Kaleb ships nationally within Canada as well as to the USA via Canada Post standard mail or air mail. All shipping fees are based on weight per item. Customers are responsible for all customs charges as due upon delivery - please refer to your local customs office for more information. Any international orders can be made through me directly by emailing me first.

Why are Shipping Costs sometimes expensive? The weight, size and destination of an order are all roles that play into the shipping cost. Ceramics are extremely fragile and so extra care is required to package each order to ensure it arrives safely. Several layers of bubble wrap, news paper and double boxing on certain items are all necessary, which add extra weight and size to the shipment, increasing the cost. However, please be assured that I take all measures to reduce shipping costs to customers where possible (recycling and re-using bubble wrap, wrapping paper and boxes).
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All sales are final – at this time I cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
All wares are entirely handmade. With that, each piece may vary slightly in colour, shape and size. These characteristics are not considered flaws, but rather a tribute to the organic nature of handmade goods. Unless there is a flaw in functionality or goods do not arrive all in one piece, custom orders are not refundable or returnable.
Ceramics are properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping, however, should any damage occur please take a photo immediately and contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work together to find a solution, whether it be a full refund or a replacement piece (note: As some of my pieces are one-of-a-kind, your replacement may not be exactly the same as your original, but I will do my best to find a solution that works on both ends. Replacement items may take up to 8 weeks to complete).
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Items may vary slightly in colour, shape, and size. every item is handmade and variations are celebrated.
